Poor experience all around, tried to overcharge me $100+ two times, receptionist gave misleading information about my pet's operation repeatedly. My cat was to be neutered along with treated for ear mites, so he even stayed in the office for an entire day and was showing evidence of mites remaining within just a couple of days. Would not recommend
