As a restoration contractor I have used Pell-Builder on a number of occasions. From small drive way repairs, complete driveway replacement, to a vehicle impact to an under ground car parkade. Called them for concrete placement in Mid June on Friday, Mr. Z took the call and gave me his personal ph# and asked me to send the address and pictures and he will come by the next day. The next day passed no one showed up. waited a few more days and called and left a message but no response.
