I called this vet after hours for an emergency service for a first calf heifer that has a breach calf That is already dead, after 15 minutes of taking information and address. He chuckled and said don’t think we can help you tonight. I understand that I am not a regular client, but this was most unprofessional. He could’ve picked up a client.
We are a military family new to the area. We didn’t know our dogs seizure medication refills wouldn’t transfer to a different state because our vet said it wouldn’t be a problem to get his refills transferred. We called when they opened on a Saturday morning to see if they’d squeeze him in for an exam so he could get a new prescription. They said no and wouldn’t even try.
