My son has autism and only the barber there is able to cut his hair, no tears , just happy haircuts!
They do a great job. We come here all the time But last time I waited for 2 hours. Then they almost skipped over us. 5 star normally, but 4 for now
I always have a splendid experience when bringing my child in for a haircut. Vero has tremendous patience with my autistic son. She is very attentive and always knows how to calm my son when he gets a bit impatient. She has been doing his cutting he's hair since he turned 1, he is now 4. Excellent customer service.
I love my experience I've had with Pelitos especially with Veronica. Ever since I brought my autistic son, she has been so caring with him. He disliked getting haircuts and would cry. But not with Vero. She knows how to be patient with him, knows how to talk to him and have him be at ease. I highly recommend Pelitos and if you have a son/daughter who doesn't like to get haircuts, I recommend going with Vero. She is amazing!!!
