Called for last minute appointment to get my front windows tinted, they were able to see me that day. Greeted at the door, where everyone was very helpful and friendly. Super nice and did a really good job! The waiting area was nicer then most I’ve been too!
A couple of weeks ago, I had my vehicle serviced at Pelicar, where I opted for nanoceramic tinting. They did an outstanding job—the work was incredibly clean and professional. The staff, from the person at the front desk to those in the shop, were all very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
Extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Pelicar. I went in expecting professional service, but what I got was rushed work and poor attention to detail. The tint job was uneven, with bubbles and edges lifting within a week. When I returned to get it fixed, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service was lacking — it felt like once they had my money, they stopped caring. For a place that claims to be “professional,” the quality and attitude were anything but. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle.
