We have stayed at Casa E several times and never tire of the wonderful view from this cozy, beachy condo. It is definitely one of the best. You feel like you are ON the beach when sitting on the balcony. Always clean and welcoming! Julian is a great host. Highly recommend!
We stayed here at Pelicans Watch for about the 5th time over the years. Our room on the oceanfront view was absolutely stunning. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Fully furnished with a full kitchen, tv in each bedroom that can be used as an entertainment center, and spectacular views. We rented trough Julian Romero @ Pelicans Watch Condo Association. Our host Julian was very friendly and informative. He answered all my concerns at any time of day or night including weekends.

Julian is a great host and his property is so well maintained. Everything you need is provided including the best view of the ocean right outside the window! You will fall in love with this property.
