I received a snoball that was mostly ice. There was no flavor syrup in about 3/4 of the snoball. This is the second instance this has happened.

I've visited Pelican's SnoBalls three times over the last few weeks, and unfortunately I've had the same issue every time. The snow cones have been loaded with so much syrup that they were more like slushies than snow cones. On two separate visits, I had to ask for my order to be remade because the excess syrup made it a soggy, syrupy mess.
