Sitting here 12:16 on a Sunday, they are suppose to open 12. Closed empty parking lot. Hopefully they go out of business soon
Stood at the window nearly 5 minutes. Pressed the bell and an employee was sitting inside near the window on their phone and I still never got any service.

We have visited this location three times, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. The shaved ice is not the light, fluffy texture you would expect from a snow cone. Instead, it is more like ground-up ice chunks with hard pieces throughout, making it unpleasant to eat. I typically order the sugar-free Tiger’s Blood flavor, which is usually very good, but during our last two visits it has had a strong chemical taste that leaves a harsh aftertaste on my tongue and throat.
