We've tried a few Pelicans and this one is BY FAR the best. Never get dried-out tasting shaved ice again... owner is SUPER friendly too. This place is awesome!!!!

This place is the BEST!!! open seasonally (tho I would eat there year round). They have more variety of flavors and toppings than anyplace I’ve ever been. Reasonably priced and delicious!
