Pelican’s in Newport News is amazing!!! We booked their Snoball truck for our daughter’s 7th birthday and it was perfect! Coordinating with Ms. Tonya was wonderful, and she called us the day before the party to confirm. On party day the truck arrived exactly on time, set up quickly, and smoothly served our group of 30 kids and parents. We loved everything about their service and friendliness!
