The REAL deal for snowballs, if you have only had 'sno-cones' of crudely chip ice, you're in for a pleasant surprise!! The Charleston area is fortunate to have this business! Without Pelicans, in my limited experience, travel to New Orleans for this quality.
Best service and best shaved ice I’ve ever had!! Every time I go, it’s the best experience. Wish they had more locations like before :( but totally worth the drive.
