Absolutely awful experience. The service at this location is beyond unacceptable. The employees were extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to even take our order. It took forever to get our snoballs, and there was zero sense of urgency or care for customer service. What really shocked me was the complete lack of professionalism. Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any dessert spot. The staff at Pelican’s Snoballs were shockingly rude — no greeting, no smile, just a group of employees acting annoyed to even be there. They were loud, disrespectful, and looked completely unbothered while getting my order completely wrong. When I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault and didn’t even bother to fix it. I have always taken my kids to Pelican's, but I had never gotten one for myself. I tried one for the first time a few weeks ago. They are so good and have so many flavors to choose from.
