Sydney was courteous, very people friendly and everyone seemed to LOVE the snow balls! 10/10Â
Ice cream had a funny taste. Cones were not fresh. Half my ice cream fell on the ground when she handed me the cone. The cashier just looked and closed the window.Â
We waited for someone to take our order but left after waiting close to 10 minutes. However the owner reached out to make things right.Â
