Was trying a new place for the first time today just recently moved into town, the older lady taking my order was just flat out rude and was screaming at a teenage girl who looked like it was one of her first shifts.The girl was visibly upset and SHAKING and she was still yelling at her even with the windows wide open straight into peoples faces…Many people in line seemed concerned and uncomfortable . It tasted fine but probably won’t come back.

Why was I given a STRAW?!? I don't wanna sound like a critic here but I recommend checking for proper ammount of syrup flavor just past the round top of your shaved ice as you get to the rim of the cup. I mean it's like what...10 cents worth of syrup that already should be in there so people don't pay $7 for 24 oz of plain ice. Only reason for the 3rd star is because after returning with my cup of "snow" to the service window they did add the 1/2 oz of syrup to make it right. Thank you.
