I just love taking my 🦄 to get her favorite 🦄 sweet treat!
Location has great open parking, easy pull-in. Sno-ball ice was perfect with great flavor and plenty of juice. A regular size was $5.50 and while that seems pricey it was the perfect size, just enough. It was worth the money for a great treat.
Feeling ripped off. Drove an hour round trip two different times and both times we got a large stuffed tiger blood Darius both times the ice was really hard and chunky and they barely put any flavor on the ice and they put like one scoop of ice cream. Those things are expensive and we took a long drive. Definitely not worth it. I understand you say your training people but it wasn't one scoop of ice cream it was one spoonful of ice cream and how hard can it be to let the machine shave the ice. They have no sugar menu as well on the kiddies.
I love pelicans and have been to various locations for years and have never had any issues. Yesterday when I visited the Douglasville location, I had to ask them to remake my snowball because as soon as the cashier gave it to me, it was already melted and spilling out the cup and all over my hands and the counter. When they remade it, it was the same issue but this time they just put it in a larger cup. It was melted twice upon receiving so i just ended up throwing it away. Waste of money
