I normally enjoy Pelican’s and the snow cone itself was good, but this visit was disappointing. At the bottom of my husbands snow cone, we found what appeared to be a piece of paper product or napkin mixed into the ice . It was pretty off-putting and made him uncomfortable finishing it. I understand mistakes can happen, but I hope more attention is given to cleanliness and quality control in the future.
Service is always super slow as one person is only working. So 3 people in front of me to order and it took 35 mins.
Online it shows open but on Sundays it doesn’t open until 2 pm
Pricy, but the selection is enormous! From old standards, to flavors you never even dreamed of. The shaved ice itself is SUPER light and fluffy.
Great customer service & as always great frozen treats.
