I was very excited when Pelican’s first came to Bellefonte and I have been a few times. I’m never disappointed! The worst part is picking your flavors! I love to top with either cream or marshmallow. The building is very cute, inside is clean and staff is nice. I like to take it down to sit at a picnic table in Talleyrand. This past time I got a small but it’s a really good size and by the time I got to the bottom it was melty so I’d definitely be good with a kiddie!
Best place around to get the most refreshing delicious snoball!! Tastes like New Orleans!!
The snowballs were terrific. My kids were so happy and loved the service!
Used to go here all the time but now a large is half the ice and they've gotten crazy skimpy on flavors. Went from my go to place to cool off to mediocrity I'm fine without.
