I don't believe you should advertise soft serve, it is not ice cream. It is iced milk. It was a disappointment for $3 a cone. Did not finish it.
This place is delightful and the employees are sweet. The snowcones are amazing and there's a ton if flavors. Unfortunately the company pushes religious values with prayers on the wall and a "prayer box" on the counter. I'd love to enjoy my snowcones without any agenda attached. Truly fantastic staff, I'd just prefer ignorance to the owner's religion.
I was very excited when Pelican’s first came to Bellefonte and I have been a few times. I’m never disappointed! The worst part is picking your flavors! I love to top with either cream or marshmallow. The building is very cute, inside is clean and staff is nice. I like to take it down to sit at a picnic table in Talleyrand. This past time I got a small but it’s a really good size and by the time I got to the bottom it was melty so I’d definitely be good with a kiddie!
