Run, don't walk to Pelican SnoBalls. If you want neighborhood feel and a high-quality, treat this is the place. My son and I have passed by this spot for years early in the morning getting donuts next door. However, we never had the chance to try them since we were there early getting breakfast and they weren't open yet. Tastes like a cup of ice mixed with cup of sugar, which is pretty much what a snowcone should be. Kids loved it! I was pleasantly surprised to find out the offer hot chocolate too, with a variety of special flavors also.
