I recently visited Pelican’s Snowballs and had such an amazing experience that I had to share! A really nice guy named Ben helped me, and he was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient the entire time. His attitude truly made my visit special, it was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious and refreshing, perfect for a summer treat. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. 5 stars all the way!!!
Rude service. The owner is rude disrespectful and obviously has never worked in customer service. This guy shouldn’t own a customer facing business if he can’t handle having a bad day or working a Saturday. I couldn’t imagine working with a man like that.

My family is from the south, and I missed having snoballs. I used to go to this chain at another location with my grandma before she passed. It might be fighting words up here, but I love snoballs over every other frozen treat. I'm so happy I found this place!
