Let me start by saying that I usually enjoy coming to this location. My sister and I come here often, and there is one employee in particular who is always kind, friendly, and provides great customer service. Unfortunately, he wasn’t working tonight, and our experience was completely different. When we went up to order, the employee working tonight never acknowledged us. Snowball was not filled to top of cup. Barely any syrup to say the least. Hubby bought a cup of shaved ice with a sample of syrup. If I was there I would have asked for it to be made correctly. There was no excuse for this especially since the price was not cheap. There wasn't a long line either with just 2 others waiting.
