Love Pelican's Snoballs but this must be the worst one we have been to. Took an hour to get 3 regulars 5 minutes apart. While other orders behind us came out 2 different times. Definitely will not return to this location.
My experience and service were good, but the wait time was too long. Having only one person working on a Saturday is not good.
Daughter loves it
Terrible. The service was extremely slow and they genuinely did not have a clue what they were doing. They got my order wrong after waiting 20 minutes for a snow cone, along with my friends I was with. I was so looking forward to a cold snow one after a hot day but not after this experience. Very disappointed. Mind you, we drove to 3 different locations just for a snow cone, so to say the least i was very upset to taste my snow cone and find it disgusting. Tasted like they mixed every flavor together and gave it to me.
