I am shocked seeing the 1 star reviews for this place. Genuinely shocked! I was very impressed with the quality and the service. We are “out of towners” who had never tried Pelican’s before. Wow! So good!!! Do not think shaved ice. It’s very different. The gentleman that served us answered our questions and even gave us great suggestions. He offered to let us sample a flavor if we wanted to. We ordered three different flavors—all of which were delicious!
We drove half an hour to get to Erwin. Before I left I checked the website and it said they were open until 8. I got there and they were closed.
