Engaged their pool servicing only to have incredibly high chlorine levels that affected the families eyes and skin. Raised the concern about not being informed of the potential high levels. A month later they serviced the pool again- approx 36 hours after the service we used the pool and our son needed some minor first aid on his eyes due to burning sensation.
