No one ever comes to the phone.
Terrible communication and i wouldnt advise getting a RV (boat loan) dealt with them for over 3 weeks and still havent got the loan finished and its nearly impossible to get in touch with my loan officer. Their rules and guidelines are wayyy too strict and they held the loan up over a peice of paper. The loan officer i got on my loan is terrible its literally her second boat loan ever and she has absolutely no idea what i fo she needs and she constantly keeps making mistakes that hold up the process.
