If you live out of state....might wanna think about dropping Pelican and finding a more reliable bank that would cancel your card or shut off your card at every transaction.. Just ridiculous set of rules and embarrassment after embarrassment still have problems with these guys. I am not sure why I stayed 15 years so long.
