I personally love banking with pelican. I was introduced to pelican in 2017 here in Shreveport Louisiana. I no longer have a local branch and until today I realized how inconvenient that could be. I will continue to bank with them but it would be nice to have a branch where I can go in and handle business. I understand it was my choice to continue to bank with pelican after the local branch shut down but when you enjoy working and being a customer with pelican you can understand why I stayed.
