What a joke! I ordered 2 backpacks from them that were advertised on Google as a great price. Received an email a few days later stating that my order had been cancelled because they did not have any in inventory even though the website said that they have 13 in inventory. Really?!? Your inventory was off by 13 units?? Wasted my time because they can’t do basic business tasks.
Great service on the phone and VIA email. Very quick shipping. Look forward to using them more in the future.
