Ordered a $300 pelican cooler from their website and was sent the wrong product that is not the correct style or color that I ordered. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them via every means listed in their “contact us” page on the website to no avail. What a joke! I ordered 2 backpacks from them that were advertised on Google as a great price. Received an email a few days later stating that my order had been cancelled because they did not have any in inventory even though the website said that they have 13 in inventory. Really?!? Your inventory was off by 13 units?? Wasted my time because they can’t do basic business tasks.
