Will inspect any roof, tried to tell a neighbor their 2yr old roof had damage. Luckily I knew about this company and warned him about their predatory tactics. I told him how they just try to make as many claims as they can damages or not they hope the insurance company pays out. They won’t tell you how much the insurance company is paying them. They’ll just tell you that you just have to pay your deductible. If your insurance pays more money, you don’t get a better roof. They just make better profits.
Eric Cashio and Chad Chaisson are a great pair of gentlemen! They were very helpful and kept us informed the whole time. Eric with handling the insurance and Chad with the removal of the old roof and placement of the new one. The work only lasted two days and by the time they left you wouldn’t even know they were there! A great group of gentlemen who are dedicated to their work.
The quality of work is great and the crew and onsite supervisor were respectful and on time which is a big deal for me. They ensured perfect clean up after the job as well. From the start with the salsa rep Phil through the end of the project with onsite manager Manny they answered all my questions and followed up promptly with any concerns I had. Eric Cashio, our sales representative was professional and ALWAYS available to answer questions and to make sure I was aware of each step of the process.
