Excellent team and great service. Replaced our old ducted with a new ducted system and MyAir controller. Answered my questions, listened and understood my requirements, and the installation team did an excellent job.
I had an excellent experience with Pelican Refrigeration. I had an old Carrier system that was 26 years old, it finally puffed its last breath. I called the team from Pelican, and the next day they came out to inspect and provide a quote. Their sales member listened to our needs and tailored a quotation to suit our lifestyle. Definitely going to recommend them to friends for their A/C needs!
Genuinely the worst customer service and overcharge I have ever experienced. They cancelled on me twice and told me after the agreed time each time to let me know no one was coming. Someone finally came and ended up charging ridiculous amounts of line for small things. The lady on the phone had the worst customer service alongside the man who fixed the aircon
