Play I’m having difficulty with the owner commenting that we were expecting a free winterization on my Glastron inboard. This was the second year in a row that we had to reload our boat and haul it 12 miles into Pelican to be fix. We have no idea of how inboard works and expect it to be put back in running order when we take it into a marine to be winterized. Rude staff, that blames the customers for their mistakes. Definitely don't recommend bringing your stuff here.
We had our boat winterized here and the last two years in a row the drain plug on the motor was not put back in correctly and had tow it back in for them to fix. No apologies and then had the audacity to say that we did it on purpose. What a joke! Take your stuff elsewhere!
Very reasonable fast and friendly service.
Wow I'm so used to not getting service anymore it's refreshing to experience it. Had a sled issue and they went and picked it up for me from side of road 6 miles from shop and serviced it professionally. Saved my bacon and gave me piece of mind that it would be taken care of late on Sunday night (super bowl Sunday no less they answered my text). Great experience
