They had my dad's ATV there for over a month for a no start issue. They had almost zero communication unless my dad stopped in to check on progress. Eventually he just took the ATV back. When I came home I took a look at it and 5 minutes later I found the bad plug wire. After ordering the part it took all of 10 minutes to pull the front rack, fuel tank, and plastics to replace the plug and coil assembly and put it back together. Play I’m having difficulty with the owner commenting that we were expecting a free winterization on my Glastron inboard. This was the second year in a row that we had to reload our boat and haul it 12 miles into Pelican to be fix. We have no idea of how inboard works and expect it to be put back in running order when we take it into a marine to be winterized. Rude staff, that blames the customers for their mistakes. Definitely don't recommend bringing your stuff here.
We had our boat winterized here and the last two years in a row the drain plug on the motor was not put back in correctly and had tow it back in for them to fix. No apologies and then had the audacity to say that we did it on purpose. What a joke! Take your stuff elsewhere!
