Very nice guy!
They had my dad's ATV there for over a month for a no start issue. They had almost zero communication unless my dad stopped in to check on progress. Eventually he just took the ATV back. When I came home I took a look at it and 5 minutes later I found the bad plug wire. After ordering the part it took all of 10 minutes to pull the front rack, fuel tank, and plastics to replace the plug and coil assembly and put it back together.
