Bob Rose came out and did the estimate for resurfacing our pool and resealing the pool deck. Definitely an expert in pools. Unfortunately, the work was left to someone else, who was in waaaay over his head. The pool deck work was done incorrectly, and they took weeks trying to correct what they messed up - ultimately, we fired them and had someone else correct their huge mistake. Bob was amazing from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered timely and politely. I would recommend him if you are looking to add value to your home while having some serious fun with family.
Great ownership
Most of the one star reviews indicate this company cannot stick to schedules. This was the case for my estimate. Can’t trust a contractor that can’t keep to a schedule or notify clients of schedule changes.
