Pelican quickly responded to resolving issue with pump housing filter chamber. Offered professional advice in maintaining pool quality and avoiding potential other problems. Always willing to help at amytime Definitely a must to having Pelican take care of your pool
When the pool company that I had been using wouldn't get back to me, I googled and found Tony and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Not only was he prompt, he was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He explained some helpful tips and educated us on what to do to better maintain the pool in the future. My parents and I recently signed up for pool school through Pelican. Tony was very helpful and patient we us as he taught us everything we needed to know about caring for our new pool. He gave us great recommendations for supplies to use and he has continued to answer any questions we may have even after our session.
