“I’m really disappointed with my experience at Pelican Point Car Wash in LaPlace. About two weeks ago, my mom was involved in a minor accident when her mirror was broken off during a wash. While the damage was not recent, the prior incident happened almost two years ago. Despite this, the owner has refused to take any responsibility for the recent breakage. I expected better customer service, but unfortunately, this has left a bad impression. I hope it’s addressed so others don’t have a similar problem.”
This location used to be the best car wash. Not so much now. Still does a decent job washing the cars, but the customer service needs improvement. Usually one attendant. They may spray a little soap on your windshield, but that’s it. Normally they just guide you into the carwash. One bright spot is the young lady who assists at the pay station. Very nice and helpful.
