Fantastic company, easy to deal with.
We had called mid April to install our pier & pontoon lift. We arrived at our cottage on May 24th, no pier or lift installed. After repeated calls both were installed 2 days after Memorial day. We could not use the pontoon, our boat or fish off the pier. This is unacceptable! Also, during installation, 2 leveler bolts on the auger pipes were sheared off. The pipes were left on the ground, unusable. Your employee stated drill out & replace bolts and call us to reinstall. If you damaged them during install why do we do the rep... read more
