Awesome customer service! I had a steering issue in my boat so I thought I would stop past and ask for some help. Paul came out, diagnosed the problem within seconds and fixed it on the spot. It is so rare for shops to do that for people these days without first making a booking. I will definitely be back.
I travelled from Melbourne to Adelaide to get the best deal on my new sea doo fish pro trophy, (the deal was that good), but the best part was the service, advice and help David and the team gave me when I came to pick up my new jet ski. Avoid Pelican Marine. Terrible after-sales service and unreliable support. I purchased a brand new Sea-Doo jet ski from Pelican Marine just over two years ago for more than $33,000. Within two months, the seat seal started coming loose and letting water in. I brought it back, and they “fixed” it under warranty by gluing it back down. That lazy patch job didn’t work.
