Very low tides during the winter months you cannot get your boat out on the river. Low-flying Jets overhead from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. from the airport. The park has a serious rat infestation. There are four different landscaping companies that work in the park you have lawn mowers blowers and weed wackers running just about every day of the week. Last but not least there are sniveling cowards in this park they call the association on you instead of talking to you when they have a problem.
