This company is incompetent from start to finish. We paid $9500 for carpet on July 6 which has still not been installed. The owners do a bait and switch, offering percent discount to get you to pay in full, then don’t apply the discount to the transaction and don’t do the work in a reasonable time frame. They estimated in writing it would be 2 weeks for carpet to arrive.
