There HAS to be a lab licensing inspector to go in there undercover. That is the most contaminated. Unprofessional lab I have ever seen.
It’s been over a month and my results still haven’t came in. I call and they say the lab is backed up, this and that. I’m needing my results for child custody and yet I still haven’t received them. What a joke…$525 for nothing.
Went a few weeks ago and the gentleman was very nice,professional and handled everything quickly. I went today and the lady there was very unprofessional, rude and not well groomed at all. She really needs to learn what customer service is and also how to dress and act in a professional environment.
