My grandparents had a winter place down here and we would visit them every chance we got. I loved the harbor walks we would do together.
I have lived here for 8 years and it is wonderful. Impeccable gardens with lush plants and tropical trees beautifully maintained. Excellent entertainment for residents regularly held at the Pavilion. Right on the Bay. What more could one ask for?

A well thought out community with apartments and townhouses laid out like a private club. Much larger than it feels, Pelican Cove has multiple pools, wandering trails, and a welcoming atmosphere
