Jarod did great work when I needed to replace my furnace when my 25-year old furnace died. First, he answered the phone on a Sunday morning. Then, he showed up in about an hour to troubleshoot, diagnose, and ultimately provide me with an estimate on replacing my old and inefficient (and quite dead) furnace. One of their service vans was tailgating me on 17 north around 5:30pm on July 16th about 5 minutes north of Holly Ridge. After I passed a semi truck, the service recklessly sped up, coming close to my vehicle before I had even fully moved over into the other lane. The service van then quickly sped away from me while I was going 60MPH. Honestly can’t tell you anything about their work but I got a flat tire and out of the probably 50 people to pass, including a cop, one of their employees was the ONLY person to stop and check on us. Stellar service in my book.
