We just moved into our house built by Pelican builders in Somerset Greens. We started having problems from day one: garage door got stuck, AC not turning off and not distributing cold air evenly through the house, poorly anchored railings along the staircase, rust stains on the counters, broken pipe rings and a busted sprinkler to name a few things we have found in one week.
