We absolutely love this place! I paid way less here than I would have a hotel room! The Suites are amazing ! Spacious rooms, you could easily sleep six comfortably, huge rooms actually. Double door entry and open right to the beautiful ocean . Owners on site and they are friendly and very accommodating. If you get the chance to visit the coast, book a suite here. You'll love it. I'm staying here again in the near future and will post pics!!
Great place to live with a great view of the ocean two auits foe long term lease. Fully furnished all utilities paid for 1 price. No pets and no smoking.
Sandy and Younan are very pleasent people who have built a diamond in the rough. The two of them took extra care to make sure my girlfriend and I were taken care of and even included a care package of water and some snacks and a nice informative binder with attraction suggestions and general information about the suits. My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at Pelican Beach Suites in Smith River, California. The owners and operators were Younan and Sandra Dawood. They were wonderful hosts, gracious with attention to details and making sure your accommodations were perfect. We were treated like family, actually better. I havent stayed there but I know the owners and i have been there many times to visit. I know that the units are in excellent condition, kept spotlessly clean. The owners are the nicest and they keep the prices very reasonable for a one bedroom apartment.
