Doug did a great job. Spa heater was installed right the first time and was completed more quickly than I expected. He removed the old broken heater and cleaned up.
Replaced 2 pumps, filter and added LED lighting all controlled through WIFI. Pelican Bay did a fantastic job. The work as done on time and they made sure everything was functioning properly.
I rarely write reviews, but in this case I did. We contacted our home insurance warranty and requested service for the heat pump. The heat pump was broken. Frankly, we just had a couple of bad experiences with two other companies and our expectations were not so high. Primarily was due to a lack professionalism and terrible rude customer service and feedback for customers. Great service and they were on time!
Pelican Bay Pools was recommended by my pool guy when we needed some minor repairs to our pool pump. They came the next day, told me what the problem was and how much to expect to pay. They fixed the problem, but had to come back out to fix another issue that was not related to the original issue. Pelican Bay Pool has done a wonderful job with my pool for a few years now. I’ve had a couple of other companies prior and always had trouble with algae. It would cost me a lot of cash and aggravation. Well along comes Larry from Pelican and decided to drain the pool and acid wash it. ( previous company had just done that 2 years prior to no avail) In 3 days Larry came and took care of business at a reasonable/ fair price.
