David responded to my inquiry on a Friday: heater had blown right after the cold snap but the A/C was also not working. Even though he was out of town, he came by Sunday evening after his trip. He was communicative, prompt and charged us a fair price for the great work he did. He has also done work on my parents' and grandparent's home. They came the same day and repaired my AC. Mike was great and even checked the unit thoroughly before leaving! In my past experience, most companies are in a hurry and do not spend quality time to make sure they’ve fixed the issue correctly before leaving. He also spent time explaining and answering my questions. Very generous and knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Definitely recommend them.
