I stayed here for my niece’s wedding, and I’m honestly shocked this place is still in business. The staff on the phone were unbelievably rude, enforcing rigid rules that made no sense—for example, when I tried to book a king-size room, I wasn’t allowed unless the bride or groom personally called the hotel to “approve” it. This place is basically lipstick on a pig. Yes, it’s been “renovated,” but underneath it’s still just a cheap motel. The walls and ceilings are paper thin—you hear every footstep and noise all night from people above you. Customer service is practically nonexistent. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t check into my room yet—but unbelievably, they wouldn’t even let me use the restroom in the lobby. Their solution? “Walk to Dunkin’ Donuts.” At night. We’ve stayed at Pelham on Main a few times now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive to West Dennis Beach, which makes it super convenient if you want to spend time by the ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property itself has a nice charm with its landscaping, and the pool is a great spot to unwind after the beach. wow! what an amazing place. the rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and nautical decor. there are so many amenities as well - with a large heated pool, a fire pit, and a complementary shuttle to their sister property, pelham house resort! the resort has an amazing beach, with chairs, umbrellas, and towels! i’d give this place six stars if i could!
