We had a great experience. Because we own our own Luxury Inn up in Canada, our standards are high! Pelham far exceeded all our expectations! Staffing was outstanding, rooms are large and spacious, central location! If I could give them 11 stars! I would!

I stayed here on from July 28th-29th. The check-in process took a long time, with the employee stating several times that he did not know what he was doing. He was nice and apologetic, but the hotel should have staffed properly since many guests there were there for a wedding. Upon entering the room, there was an overt musty smell and poor lighting. What a great place- Clean, quiet and with great amenities. I stayed off season, but the price was great for the room. I loved the shower, the comfortable bed and the nice size of the room. Everything was so clean and the staff was so nice!

Beautifully arranged room. Very clean and welcoming. Ben checked us in and was so friendly. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. It was only us and another group at the hotel. Unfortunately the group was directly above us. While I am sure they didn’t mean to be it was extremely noisy. Ask for a second level room to avoid this.
