Hey @pelhamhouseresort! This summer we booked a room with you guys, a very specific room, only to arrive and be told it was booked. We had to stay in another room for a night then move to our originally booked room for the remainder of our stay. We were pretty upset by this but you made it right and we had a great stay. So much so that we booked a $4000+ room for 2021 a year in advanced, despite the screw up. RecommendedWe came during the pandemic but everything was clean & orderly. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the pool & ocean. Food at dining room was pricey but delicious. We had a late reservation on a cloudy night so didn’t see the view, wished we had made the reservation closer to sunset.
