Had my first workout today. Matt was a great coach, made me feel welcome and kept the energy of the class up even with it being the morning! He was able to modify and exercises for others appropriately for proper form, and as someone who works in physical therapy I appreciate it. Great community of people!! go check them out.
Love attending Fit Body Boot Camp 55+. Instructors are fantastic!!! Didn’t know if I could handle the workout, but they adapt to your needs! Loosing weight and toning up! Love it! Fit Body For Life!!
I have been searching for a gym that offers classes that would push me and make me want to come back for more. I am so glad to land at Pelham Fit Body Boot Camp! Their 30 minute classes are always different and their coaches are encouraging. It’s the perfect fit for this full-time working mom that doesn’t have much time these days!
Been going for 3 1/2 weeks. Absolutely love it. All the coaches are so positive and so helpful. A place where no matter where you are on your fitness journey you will feel comfortable.
