Love attending Fit Body Boot Camp 55+. Instructors are fantastic!!! Didn’t know if I could handle the workout, but they adapt to your needs! Loosing weight and toning up! Love it! Fit Body For Life!!
I have been searching for a gym that offers classes that would push me and make me want to come back for more. I am so glad to land at Pelham Fit Body Boot Camp! Their 30 minute classes are always different and their coaches are encouraging. It’s the perfect fit for this full-time working mom that doesn’t have much time these days!
Been going for 3 1/2 weeks. Absolutely love it. All the coaches are so positive and so helpful. A place where no matter where you are on your fitness journey you will feel comfortable.
I am so proud of myself. When I first started, I could not get off of the floor…. I can now! My balance is so much better and I have a cute “swag” when I walk! LOL!! Thank you, Morgan
