Awful first and last visit with them. Unhelpful staff with an attitude, and hyper-inflated billing. This is no way to develop a clientele. Their fee schedule is about 4 times what my other dentist two miles down the road charges. Stay away, run away from them.
Stay away. I went there when my bridge fell out to have him simply recement it. The dentist charged for full x-rays yet only did one tooth. They charged full price for the procedure that my insurance covered, telling me I would be reimbursed once my insurance paid. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!!! If you want it to work that way then charge what my insurance pays not 3 times the price or else say you don't accept my insurance! Doctors are ok, a little sarcastic for my taste but they do what I'm there for ... a simple example and cleaning, and front desk is fair although they do not explain things well. The reason for my one star though is because I could overhear the doctor arguing with a patient. Although my personal experience was not horrific I simply did not like the hostile environment
