I had an amazing experience at my first eye appointment in years! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From the moment I walked through the door and received the warmest "good morning," to the exam itself—where they explained every single step—all the way through checkout, it was a wonderful experience. They completely put my nerves to ease and turned what I thought would be an anxious visit into a genuinely pleasant one. Highly recommend!
I’m from out of town, and had clearly some sort of eye infection going on and needed to be seen asap. I called right in the morning when they opened and they had me scheduled for an appointment within 2 hours. I got checked out and all the prescriptions I need super quick by Dr Williams. As a small business owner I couldn’t have been more impressed especially when I needed help urgently and am not familiar with anyone from this area. Highly recommend!
Dr Seth removed several fragments from my eye that were lodged in my cornea. It was like a walk in the park for him. He kept me calm and assured me everything was going well during the procedure. I had experienced no pain during the procedure. I had immediate relief from my discomfort following the procedure. He truly loves his job and his patients. Also, my prescription was waiting g for me at the pharmacist when I arrived. Excellent service. P.S. Next time I’m in there I’m giving him a man size hug.
Dr. Seth is amazing! He is polite, knowledge, and thorough. The staff members are always professional as well. I enjoy coming to Pelham Eye Center for my exams and the occasional mishap (getting something in my eyes).
