A big thank you to John of Pelham Bay Home Center! During this massive heat wave, my 87 year old mother's ac went out, we called him at 8am and within 45 mins he had a new unit sent over and installed it too!! Not sure what she would have done without Him!! Truly a blessing and very rare you can get customer service lke this anymore. I highly reccommend this store and staff. In the past also he has come thru for us many times, Thank you so very much from us and my mom!
